Ituri: Un militaire condamné à mort pour le meurtre d’un civil à Djugu

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Le sergent de la compagnie spéciale du 3201ème régiment avait commis son forfait le dimanche 18 mars 2018 dans cette zone où l’armée tente d'empêcher les violences intercommunautaires. </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Outre l’infraction de meurtre, le porte-parole de l’armée en Ituri, le lieutenant Jules Ngongo indique que le tribunal militaire avait retenu en la charge du soldat la violation des consignes, la dissipation des munitions de guerre. </span></p>
