<strong>In the matter that opposes Concorde pour l’Industrie et l’Exploitation SARL (CIE) represented by its general manager Mr Naim Khanafer against the defendant company Louis Dreyfus Commodities Middle East ( LDC) whereas LDC was sentenced to pay the sum of 43,465,000. USD (forty-three million four hundred sixty-five thousand US Dollars), by way of indemnification and damage. Thus, justice is served and CIE rights will be protected against LDC manipulation. The final judgement of the court of appeal in Lubumbashi, DRC on January 22</strong><strong>nd</strong><strong>, 2016 was published in the official journal in DRC. In its edition n°19 dated October the 1</strong><strong>st</strong><strong>, 2016 and n°20, of October 15</strong><strong>th</strong><strong>, 2016.</strong>

As per the official journal in DRC , dated 1 Oct 2016 number 19, and 15 Oct 2016 number 20 , the court of appeal in Lubumbashi, DRC,  On the 22/01/2016  has issued its final judgment in the cases number RAC 1436 et RACA 330, that was filed by the claimant company Concorde pour L’Industrie et L’Exploitation SARL (CIE) represented by its General Manager Mr. Naim Khanafer against the defendant company Louis Dreyfus Commodities Middle East ( LDC), whereas LDC was sentenced to pay the sum of   43,465,000. USD (forty-three million four hundred sixty-five thousand US Dollars), by way of indemnification and damage.

LDC by adopting its fraudulent ways, has filed a case before the London Commercial court, against the CIE and its General Manager Mr. Naim Khanafer in person, and obtain a judgment in absentia against them. the intention behind the aforementioned was only to harm the claimant in person and escalate pressure on him in order to withdraw the case filed in the DRC noting that no whatsoever personal relation had been established between CIE General Manager and LDC, since all his dealings with the latter were conducted as the representative of the companies, in accordance with a special power of attorney obtained upon LDC request.

As per the notwithstanding, all the company agreements, facts and projects are in DRC, where their court are the only legible, the Congolese judicial system refused the sentence Therefore, the stance of the Congolese judicial system proved its competence in order to proceed with the case and put an end to LDC  attempt to take advantage of an external judicial system, and to harm the sovereignty system, since it constituted a disrespect for the sovereignty , independency and honesty of the Congolese  judicial system.
